By joining NUXUR, creating an account, or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

NUXUR provides content creation courses, creative education, and content production — including video, storytelling, personal branding, strategy, and related skills. We may improve, change, or discontinue features as the platform evolves.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us if unauthorized access is suspected. Sharing accounts or attempting to bypass access controls is not allowed.

You agree not to:

• Share course access or attempt to bypass security controls
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Interfere with the platform or other students
• Use NUXUR materials for any purpose other than your own learning

Course materials are owned by NUXUR and its instructors. Enrollment grants you a limited, personal license to study the content. You may not redistribute lessons, downloads, or recordings.

We aim to keep NUXUR reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Planned maintenance or infrastructure issues may temporarily affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUXUR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or learning outcomes arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
